How long will my order take?

Orders within the UK usually take 5-10 working days to arrive from the day that you place your order. If you live in Europe the wait is usually 10-14 working days. With the US it takes around 10-20 working days and  Australian orders can sometimes take a month. Items are shipped Second Class (UK only) and Airmail (Overseas).

What if my order doesn't arrive?

Please allow the length of time indicate for your country as above before contacting me about missing orders. I'll aim to ship all orders within a week of being placed, but where this isn't possible will always attempt to contact you in advance. If for any reason you need your order in a hurry then leave a note on purchase and I'll do what I can to help.

How do I pay from outside the UK?

Paypal will automatically convert GBP to your native currency on checkout, so you can safely place an order from any part of the world.
